Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate inventory of Network Infrastructure.
Create and update technical documentation for clients and internal support.
Ensure regular patching of IT infrastructure (Windows OS, Antivirus, Network devices).
Drive detailed network design documentation and technology migration strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards utilizing commercial network security/firewall, TCP/IP, and routing protocols.
Design, build, and troubleshoot network solutions.
Configure and install network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
Provide technical support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless, and security.
Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, and security configurations.
Monitor network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Manage system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting.
Work within established configuration and change management policies.
Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in coordination with the security team.
Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
Respond to and resolve alerts/tickets generated from monitoring systems or customer requests.
Maintain accurate service ticket records.
Support technical issues related to Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.
Identify and log incidents with the required level of detail.
Monitor SLAs and OLAs during shifts to ensure no breaches occur.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Experience administering systems and servers related to LAN and WAN (email systems, workstation ID, IP assignments, security, antivirus, etc.).
Knowledge of infrastructure components (hardware, client devices, operating systems, directory services, system redundancy).
Good technical understanding of Desktop OS, Server OS, and Remote Working methods.
Intermediate knowledge of IT Infrastructure outside immediate area of specialization (Networking, Desktop OS, Windows OS, Client Systems, Directory Systems).
CCNP or CCNA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
