Start Solar is a premier provider of solar PV solutions in the UK and Ireland. We specialize in high-quality, energy-efficient solar installations for both residential and commercial clients. As we expand our technical customer support operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Solar PV Administrator based in India to support our growing project portfolio.
As a Solar PV Administrator, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating with customers and installation teams, and ensuring regulatory and administrative compliance for solar PV installations.
1. Project Administration & Coordination
Manage end-to-end administrative processes for solar PV projects.
Coordinate timelines and communication between customers, project managers, and installers.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, project documentation, and compliance materials.
2. Documentation & Regulatory Compliance
Prepare and manage documentation for SEAI (Ireland) and MCS (UK) certifications.
Assist customers with solar grant applications and ensure timely submissions.
Ensure installations comply with building codes and regulatory standards.
3. Customer & Internal Support
Respond to customer queries related to project status, compliance, and documentation.
Support internal communication for project scheduling and updates.
Assist with invoicing, warranty management, and paperwork processing.
Experience: 1–3 years in administration or coordination roles (experience in solar/renewables is a plus).
Communication: Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and deadline management.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar PV systems, SEAI/MCS certification, or related processes is beneficial.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and project/CRM tools.
Work Hours: Availability to work in UK/Ireland time zones from a remote setup.
