Job Description

INNsight.com is looking for a passionate SEO Executive to join our Digital Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive online presence, managing online reputation, engaging with target audiences, and enhancing brand loyalty. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, problem-solve creatively, and work diligently to optimize our digital marketing efforts.

Job Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad

Responsibilities & Duties

Conduct in-depth audits of online information to ensure a positive reputation for INNsight.com.
Monitor brand reputation across social media, search engines, blogs, consumer forums, and online communities.
Address and engage with influential/negative comments and forums positively.
Specialize in preventing and repairing online reputation threats.
Investigate and analyze online comments to assess potential risks.
Manage and optimize online identities to maintain a strong brand presence.
Develop response strategies, follow up on issues, and implement reputation management plans.
Utilize online and offline techniques to promote positive and neutral content.
Manage and monitor review content across platforms like Google Reviews, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.
Track, analyze, and recommend content optimizations for SEO.
Contribute to the growth and enhancement of the company’s reputation management product.
Prepare monthly reports on product performance and results.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply).
Strong written communication skills for team collaboration and responding to online reviews.
Knowledge of search engines, SEO, social media, and online review platforms.
A team player with a growth mindset who values constructive feedback.
Enthusiastic about delivering high-quality results and solving problems effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high regard for accuracy.
