Position Details

Title: Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with 2 days off
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals tailored to client needs.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver presentations and lead discussions to close deals.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related role (preferred).
Education: Graduates preferred; exceptional candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required; Hindi is preferred.
