Job Requirements

To enhance our analytics and data visualization capabilities, Etraveli Group is recruiting two experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developers to join the BI team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and BI applications in QlikSense, QlikView, and Looker.
Understand business needs and acquire, process, and analyze relevant data.
Collaborate closely with different teams and departments as stakeholders for the BI applications you develop.
Work in a mature, yet constantly evolving, technical and business environment.
Use structured and unstructured data, primarily sourced from databases maintained by the IT department and other data storage technologies.

The Role:

This specific role focuses on supporting the Sales team.

BI Developers are distributed across our Uppsala and Stockholm offices, but the role supports the entire organization.
The position involves addressing complex problems within a fast-paced business environment, alongside talented colleagues.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in BI application development using Qlik or Looker (dashboards, dynamic reports, automated exports).
3+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development and SQL.
Strong data engineering and modeling expertise.
University degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Physics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar).
A passion for business and data analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience using version control systems like Git.

Curious, analytical, and logical mindset.
Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment.
