Overview
Airbus Client Services is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Operational Unit "Technical Information Support and Services." This unit focuses on developing and delivering aircraft maintenance documentation, enabling safe and efficient maintenance operations for customers (airlines, MROs, lessors). Key deliverables include:

  • Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM)
  • Troubleshooting Manual (TSM)
  • Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC)

Mission
The primary mission is to deliver complete documentation for aircraft entry into service and maintain it throughout the lifecycle, adhering to airworthiness requirements. This involves analyzing design changes, understanding their immediate impact on customers’ operations, and delivering customized documentation according to the aircraft configuration.


Key Responsibilities

As part of the Business and Operations Support team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Tech Information Airframe (SIDS) and global stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:

Documentation and Reporting

  • Consolidate contributions for requests to aid SIDS business decisions and reporting (e.g., financial items, resolutions, top management requests).
  • Develop and deliver the SIDS dashboard.
  • Prepare weekly SIDS reports and biannual updates on SIDS team needs for skill development or escalations.

Process Management

  • Support compliance with the SIDS Handbook, proposing updates as needed.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions from KPI reviews, management reviews, and audits.
  • Establish and monitor CSIP action plans.
  • Follow up on Service Level Agreement (SLA) processes and monthly KPI reviews.

Coordination and Communication

  • Organize the biannual TD Airframe Directors’ leadership meetings.
  • Maintain and update the SIDS intranet site.
  • Manage access and training tool requirements for SIDS operations.
  • Assist with contract-related matters impacting Airframe data products.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop communication material (flyers, articles) for internal and external use.
  • Drive AOS implementation at a global SIDS level.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME), Aeronautical Engineering, or related sciences with exposure to aircraft maintenance.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a related field.

Skills

  • Strong project management expertise.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and openness to change.
  • Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Technical Information processes and policies is a plus.
