Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales Executive with 1–4 years of experience (Freshers can also apply) who is enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Engage with clients to understand how our product meets their specific needs.
Build and manage sales funnels systematically and exceed targets.
Explain product features and advantages clearly to non-technical audiences.
Understand and analyze customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
Drive end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing and post-sales support.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss goals and performance.
Maintain detailed notes from conversations for future lead nurturing.
Manage the complete sales cycle – product demos, follow-ups, and client relationships.
Provide feedback on lead quality and share ideas to improve processes.
Proficiency in English or other regional languages is an added advantage.
