Job Description

We are seeking a Business Developer to help expand our clientele. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing sales, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers to drive long-term financial growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Business Growth & Strategy:

Develop a business management strategy focusing on financial gain & customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue for Mgadz.
Conduct business development meetings with prospective clients.
Promote company services in line with client objectives.

✔ Lead Generation & Sales Management:

Generate leads for our business and clients.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop compelling business proposals, negotiate contract terms, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

✔ Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain a daily reporting schedule to higher authorities.
Utilize MS Office & CRM tools for sales tracking and planning.

Requirements

???? Education & Experience:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.
Prior experience in customer support is required.

???? Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Experience in cold calling & lead generation.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
Strong time management & planning skills.

???? Technical Requirements:

Stable Wi-Fi connection.
Compatible PC/laptop.
