We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT roles. This includes coordinating with internal hiring managers, identifying hiring needs, and executing volume hiring strategies.
Candidates with consultancy experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
Coordinate with internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for IT and non-IT roles.
Handle volume hiring and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Utilize good negotiation skills to engage and secure top talent.
Work in a hybrid model with 5 working days plus alternate Saturdays.
Bachelor’s degree (Any field).
1-5 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy experience preferred).
Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and IT & non-IT hiring.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
