Work Synopsis:

We are searching for an exceptionally skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Target. This position will oversee all HR functions within our manufacturing, apparel, and BPO sectors. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s workforce strategy, ensuring compliance with labor laws, enhancing employee engagement, and driving talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for various roles across manufacturing, apparel, and BPO sectors, ensuring the best talent is sourced, assessed, and hired on time.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of training programs aimed at talent development, career progression, and enhancing overall employee performance.
  • Compliance and Labor Laws: Ensure all HR activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Performance Management: Supervise performance appraisal processes, guide managers in evaluating employee performance, and support career development efforts.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement programs that promote a positive work culture, improve employee morale, and increase retention rates.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce company policies regarding employee behavior, safety, and workplace conduct.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment progress to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership position, preferably within the manufacturing, apparel, or BPO sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the relevant industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with employee performance management systems and talent management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing, apparel, or BPO industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and driving HR initiatives.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).
  • Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required based on project needs and company events.
