Location: Chandigarh, Chandigarh
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timings:

  • Evening shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Monday to Friday

We are rapidly expanding and looking for a Clerical Assistant for HR and Administrative Duties to join our growing team.


Job Responsibilities

HR Duties:

  • Assist in the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, testing, interviewing, arranging, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Address employee questions or concerns confidentially and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor and report on employee compliance with company policies and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues, concerns, and conflicts.
  • Prepare compensation and benefits reports for management each quarter and suggest updates to the company's offerings.

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, writing reports, and maintaining filing systems (both physical and electronic).
  • Conduct research and update databases as per company requirements.
  • Maintain executive schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel bookings (flights, train tickets, hotel reservations, etc.).
  • Organize corporate events and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Track office supply usage and oversee inventory control.
  • Handle executive daily business expenses and maintain budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a related role or field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with senior management and employees.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, including benefits management, payroll, and recruitment.
    • Proficient in multitasking and handling multiple priorities.
    • Ability to work under close supervision, following established guidelines.
    • Strong client orientation and the ability to adapt to various personalities.
    • Proficient writing skills (minimum 55 words per minute).
    • Capable of speaking English fluently.

Compensation

  • Salary: ₹9,124.01 - ₹30,814.55 per month
