Job Description

We are seeking a Web Development Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing incidents, changes, and maintenance requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

???? Incident & Request Management
✔️ Handle incidents, changes, and maintenance requests in ServiceNow.
✔️ Perform first-level analysis to determine root causes and escalate as needed.
✔️ Provide second-level support for complex technical issues.

???? Collaboration & Technical Support
✔️ Work closely with Technical Service Owners, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders.
✔️ Maintain and document web development operations, including CMS, Customer Account & Identity Management, and Search applications.
✔️ Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

???? Documentation & Agile Methodology
✔️ Develop and maintain technical guides, process documents, and knowledge base articles.
✔️ Work within an international Agile team using Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications & Skills Required

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
???? Experience: 3+ years in operations or technical support, preferably in web development.
???? Technical Skills:
✔️ Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
✔️ Strong understanding of web development technologies, CMS, and identity management.
✔️ Problem-solving & analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
✔️ Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
