Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller & Support Executive to join our team. This role involves managing student inquiries, uploading class materials, and supporting operations to ensure the smooth functioning of online classes.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Communication & Support:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with course-related inquiries.

    • Provide guidance on course materials, class schedules, and exam details.

    • Follow up with students on recorded videos, class schedules, and upcoming exams.

  2. Content & Application Management:

    • Upload class recordings, video lectures, and test files to the application.

    • Ensure timely and accurate document uploading and data management.

    • Maintain student records, test results, and study materials.

  3. Operational & Administrative Support:

    • Assist the operations team in coordinating class activities and schedules.

    • Support faculty with document preparation, data entry, and academic tasks.

    • Keep a structured record of student inquiries and resolutions.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Student Support, or Customer Handling (Required).

  • Technical proficiency in video uploading, data entry, and document management.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Willingness to work night shifts from the office if required.


Available Work Timings & Shifts:

Part-Time:

  • 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM

  • 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Full-Time:

  • 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM

  • 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM


Application Requirements:

  • Location: Tirumangalam, Madurai, Tamil Nadu (Applicants must be able to commute or relocate before starting work).

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecommunication (Required).
