Job Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to convert leads into satisfied customers.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through phone calls, emails, and online research.

  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs, budgets, and timelines.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for future opportunities.

2. Sales Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to engage and convert potential clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Present company products and services clearly and persuasively.

3. Product/Service Knowledge

  • Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor products.

  • Provide accurate information and recommend suitable solutions to clients.

4. Sales Negotiation & Closing

  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver customized solutions to clients.

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

  • Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance.

6. Customer Support & After-Sales Service

  • Assist clients with post-sales queries and ensure a smooth transition to customer service.

  • Provide ongoing support to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

7. Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and messaging.

  • Work with customer service and operations teams to enhance the client experience.


Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.

    • Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.

    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

    • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.


Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Relevant certifications or sales training are a plus.
