Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team in Benaulim, Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our services/products. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales and satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

???? Customer Interaction & Sales
✔ Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
✔ Provide product/service information and answer inquiries.
✔ Generate leads and promote company offerings.

???? Database Management & Follow-ups
✔ Update and maintain customer database with accurate details.
✔ Follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Record details of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.

???? Performance & Compliance
✔ Meet or exceed call targets and sales quotas.
✔ Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
✔ Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.
✔ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance engagement.

Requirements

???? Education:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

???? Experience & Skills:
✔ Proven experience as a Telecaller or Customer Service Representative.
✔ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Good listening skills with a strong understanding of customer needs.
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office.
✔ Positive attitude, patience, and goal-oriented mindset.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

???? Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
✔ Fluency in additional languages (Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, etc.) is a plus.
