We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to manage outbound and inbound customer calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong ability to convert leads and resolve queries efficiently.
Make outbound calls to promote products and services
Handle inbound customer queries, complaints, and concerns
Generate leads and follow up to close potential sales
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize conversions
Deliver exceptional customer service
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years (Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales)
Skills:
Fluent communication in Hindi & English
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Fixed salary with incentives based on performance
