We are looking for passionate Tele Counsellors to join our team. The suitable candidate should have a strong interest in guiding and supporting students pursuing education abroad. The role involves assisting students throughout their study abroad journey—from shortlisting the right-fit courses and universities to ensuring successful admission and enrolment.
The primary focus is to provide excellent service and ensure student satisfaction and overall happiness.
Counsel students on study abroad opportunities.
Stay updated about study programs offered by international colleges and universities and use this knowledge to assist students.
Assist in promotional activities for partner universities represented by the company.
Deliver engaging presentations and confidently communicate with students and their parents.
Provide accurate information on study programs, courses, universities, and countries like Canada, USA, UK, Dubai, and Singapore.
Collaborate with partner universities and program providers to ensure a smooth admission process.
Good communication skills.
Strong command of the English language.
Quick learner with a proactive approach.
