Job Overview

We are looking for a Patient Care Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for patients over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a fundamental understanding of healthcare procedures to assist patients with appointments, inquiries, and medical information.

Key Responsibilities

???? Handling Patient Calls: Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, test results, and general medical questions.
???? Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments with doctors and specialists based on availability and patient needs.
???? Patient Information Gathering: Collect and update medical history, insurance details, and contact information.
???? Providing Medical Information: Explain procedures and treatment options within the scope of practice.
???? Reminder Calls: Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments or necessary check-ups.
⚠️ Handling Complaints: Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
???? Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, call logs, and appointment details.
???? Patient Feedback Collection: Gather feedback to improve the patient experience and clinic services.
