Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Hiring), you will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top technology talent. You will work closely with organizational leaders to build a strong tech talent pipeline and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.

Your role will involve headhunting, company mapping, conducting interviews, and managing stakeholders to ensure we hire the best talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Talent Sourcing & Headhunting

Lead end-to-end sourcing for Tech Roles through LinkedIn, GitHub, social media, and Google X-Ray Search.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
Persuade top talent to explore opportunities at CashKaro.
Conduct company mapping to identify potential hires from competitors.

2️⃣ Interviewing & Screening

Conduct TA (Talent Acquisition) rounds of interviews for qualified candidates.
Provide structured feedback and hiring recommendations to Hiring Managers.
Ensure smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

3️⃣ Stakeholder Management

Work closely with HR, Hiring Managers, and Business Operations teams to close positions.
Ensure high offer-to-joining ratio through effective candidate engagement.
Provide weekly hiring updates to stakeholders.

4️⃣ Compliance & Process Adherence

Maintain high data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure Talent Acquisition SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed accurately.
Implement Employer Branding Strategies for the Chennai market.

Required Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Master’s in HR Management.
✔ 2 to 4 years of experience in Tech Hiring.

???? Technical Hiring Expertise

✔ Experience in hiring for:

React Native Developers
PHP Developers
Android & iOS Developers
Testing – Selenium & Appium
AWS Cloud Engineers
API Developers

???? Communication & Negotiation Skills

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills (Tamil preferred).
✔ Ability to persuade and sell CashKaro’s opportunities to senior talent.

???? Headhunting & Market Research

✔ Experience in company mapping & passive candidate sourcing.
✔ Expertise in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs.
✔ Proficiency with StackOverflow, GitHub, and other tech platforms.

???? Stakeholder Management

✔ Ability to coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
✔ Experience managing offer negotiations & candidate engagement.

???? Process & Data Management

✔ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like TurboHire, FreshTeams, Workday, BrassRing, and CornerStone.
✔ Experience in preparing weekly hiring dashboards & reports.
