Role Introduction

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success with extensive experience and high energy to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize the value of our services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

✔️ Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs.
✔️ Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication.
✔️ Collaborate with clients to define their goals and tailored strategies.
✔️ Develop and implement account plans with key success metrics and milestones.

2. Training & Onboarding

✔️ Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
✔️ Provide comprehensive training on utilizing our advertising solutions effectively.

3. Project Management

✔️ Oversee inbound marketing projects from planning to execution and optimization.
✔️ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet client needs.
✔️ Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams for project success.

4. Team Management & Development

✔️ Supervise and mentor a team of customer success specialists.
✔️ Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
✔️ Foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning and development.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

✔️ Monitor client campaigns and account performance using analytics tools.
✔️ Conduct business reviews, share insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
✔️ Act as a client advocate, ensuring their feedback is addressed within the organization.

6. Customer Success Initiatives

✔️ Develop customer success programs to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
✔️ Analyze client data to identify trends, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and improvements.
✔️ Focus on client retention by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

7. Industry Expertise

✔️ Stay updated on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
✔️ Share knowledge with the team to help them stay ahead in their marketing efforts.


Qualifications & Experience

???? Education:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).

???? Experience:
✔️ 10-15 years in marketing, primarily managing high-quality marketing agencies.
✔️ Strong background in B2B marketing & client account management.
✔️ Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
✔️ Experience managing APAC region marketing is a plus.

???? Skills & Competencies:
✔️ Exceptional project management, communication, and client relationship skills.
✔️ Ability to lead teams and drive results.
✔️ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
✔️ Proficiency in CRM software & customer success tools.
✔️ Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
✔️ Strategic thinker with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
