What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

???? Analytical & Technical Expertise:

Ability to think analytically and conceptually.
Strong understanding of web, internet, and server technologies.
Troubleshooting skills for browsers and various applications.

???? Project & Deployment Management:

Previous experience in Project Management and Deployment is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Online Booking Tools (OBT).
Ability to drive results in a P&L environment.

???? Corporate Travel Knowledge:

Understanding of the corporate travel and airline industry to interpret travel policies and contracts.
Experience with Multiple GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) and booking tools such as Concur.

???? Communication & Relationship Management:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams in a matrix environment.
Exceptional time management, organizational, and change management skills.

???? Implementation & Troubleshooting:

Consult and determine implementation cycles for clients.
Identify and escalate delays, ensuring a smooth launch process.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implementation.
Create, test, and refine site configurations including travel policy, pricing, and PNRs.

???? Collaboration & Process Improvement:

Work closely with vendors, Account Executives, GMs, and Operations teams to meet project deadlines.
Contribute best practices to improve standardization and documentation of implementations globally.
Support Product Development to evaluate new vendor offerings and test implementation processes.

???? Monitoring & Reporting:

Maintain detailed project plans for global implementations.
Track and report implementation status in weekly team meetings.
Act as a subject matter expert within the team.

✅ Experience in end-to-end customer product implementation into fulfillment centers globally.
✅ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
✅ Knowledge of corporate travel, GDS systems, and online booking tools.
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.
