Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive with at least 1 year of agency experience to drive our outbound marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads through organic channels like LinkedIn, Yelp, Google, email campaigns, and Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads from offshore markets outside of India.
  • Utilize organic lead generation strategies via LinkedIn, Yelp, Google, and other online directories.
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Use Sales Navigator and other tools to identify decision-makers and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring all interactions are accurately logged.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead generation role within a marketing agency.
  • Proven experience in generating leads through organic channels (LinkedIn, Yelp, Google, email marketing).
  • Proficient in Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in generating leads from offshore markets outside of India.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
