We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Executive to support our Australian Client in managing commercial, administrative, and customer service tasks. This remote role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and accounts.
???? Administrative & Commercial Support
✔️ Assist in managing administrative and commercial tasks for the organization.
???? Customer Service & Support
✔️ Handle pre-sales & post-sales inquiries for automobile-related queries via chat and other channels.
✔️ Address customer inquiries & issues promptly via email, phone, or chat.
✔️ Provide effective solutions & problem resolution with the help of our team.
???? Account & Order Management
✔️ Maintain metrics and seller levels across all stores.
✔️ Generate and manage Purchase Orders with various suppliers.
✔️ Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
✔️ Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
✔️ Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
✔️ Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
✔️ Ability to work remotely & manage multiple tasks efficiently.
