Job Overview

We are hiring an International Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent support to global customers.

Key Responsibilities

???? Customer Interaction & Support:
✔ Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers.
✔ Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

???? Problem Solving & Product Support:
✔ Identify customer issues and provide prompt, accurate solutions.
✔ Assist customers with product features, troubleshooting, and technical support.

???? Customer Relationship Management:
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships by exceeding expectations.
Manage escalations by forwarding complex issues to the relevant departments.

???? Data Entry & Reporting:
✔ Maintain accurate customer records and prepare service performance reports.


Candidate Requirements

Education:
Graduate degree in any field required.
12th pass candidates can also apply.

Experience:
1-2 years of experience in international customer support (Preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!

Skills:
✔ Strong verbal & written communication skills in English.
✔ Ability to handle international customer queries with professionalism & empathy.
Good problem-solving & multitasking skills.
✔ Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Language Preference:
✔ English (Required)
✔ Hindi (Preferred)

Work Availability:
✔ Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
