We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our Online Customer Service & Call Center. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting.
???? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
???? Provide excellent online customer service and address patient inquiries.
???? Maintain accurate call records and patient data.
???? Assist with hospital-related queries and coordinate with medical teams if required.
⚠️ Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
✅ Graduation degree (mandatory)
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital setting
✅ Ability to work in a rotational shift
???? Pay: ₹22,000 - ₹40,000 per month
