Job Overview:

We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals to join our growing team as Semi-Voice Customer Service Representatives. This role involves handling client interactions, processing mortgage-related information, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

This is a work-from-office position based in Bangalore. English language proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle semi-voice communication with clients, including answering inquiries, providing information, and assisting with the mortgage application process.
Data Management: Process and update mortgage-related data accurately in company systems.
Documentation Review: Verify mortgage documents for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve application discrepancies, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Compliance: Ensure all interactions and documentation meet regulatory and company standards.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues, providing updates and follow-ups as needed.
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on processing metrics, customer feedback, and any encountered issues.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Graduate freshers OR HSC with at least 6 months of experience.
Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Technical Skills:
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
