Job Description:

As a Workday Integration Consultant at Intecrowd India, you will tackle mission-critical company directives. Your role will involve designing, developing, and re-engineering highly complex application components, integrating software packages, and utilizing a variety of tools. You will collaborate with your team and product leads while working remotely. This position is open to candidates across India.

Responsibilities:

Lead and Participate in Workday Integrations: Take ownership of specific integrations and collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Independent Solution Development: Work independently with stakeholders and in multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
Creative Problem Solving: Work in an open environment where creativity is welcomed and encouraged to resolve complex challenges.
Stay Current: Keep up with emerging trends related to Workday and related technologies.
Collaboration: Work with functional teams and third-party vendors to conduct discovery and design sessions.
Integration Design and Development: Design and build integrations using various Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Studio.
Reporting Expertise: Design and develop complex reports using BIRT.
Functional Knowledge: Demonstrate a sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday.
End-to-End Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure functionality and performance.
Third-Party Vendor Engagement: Independently engage with third-party vendors as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certifications: Desired certifications include Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio.
Experience: Expertise in Workday integrations, including skills in CCW, PECI, PICOF, and Studio.
Communication: Strong communication skills in a customer-facing environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Functional Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Workday modules and their application to business processes.

Desired Certifications:

Integration Core, CCTPP, Studio (any or all).
