As a SailPoint Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and integrate SailPoint solutions into critical applications and infrastructures. You’ll lead projects, troubleshoot system performance, mentor junior analysts, and ensure seamless access management for clients, making a significant impact on their security landscape.
Design, Deploy, and Implement SailPoint Solutions:
Design, deploy, integrate, and implement SailPoint solutions with critical applications and infrastructure.
Ensure high-quality client service and meet or exceed client expectations.
Coordinate consulting work plans and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Lead Project Deployment:
Lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and optimization of SailPoint solutions within diverse client infrastructures.
Troubleshoot, configure, and implement technical components.
Client Engagement:
Manage and deliver client engagements, ensuring quality and value addition.
Conduct research to effectively address customer challenges using SailPoint solutions.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to document functional and technical requirements.
Mentorship and Leadership:
Mentor entry-level professionals in IAM concepts.
Take charge of project services and incidents as an escalation point while collaborating on multiple IAM projects.
Solution Architecture and Troubleshooting:
Architect solutions and resolve issues efficiently.
Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, scripts, and continuous improvement plans.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience with SailPoint implementations and client-facing roles in complex, diverse customer environments.
Proven experience in installing, integrating, and deploying identity management, access management, and access governance tools.
Managed projects throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), showing leadership and adaptability.
Technical Expertise:
Expertise in implementing SailPoint solutions in complex environments.
Knowledge and experience in IGA (Identity Governance and Administration), PAM, SSO (Single Sign-On), and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) platforms.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, Java, and PowerShell is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients.
Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
