As a Senior Leadership Hiring Senior Advisor, you will be a key part of bp’s global talent acquisition team, responsible for securing top senior leadership talent. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, recruitment teams, and sourcing specialists to manage the full recruitment process for senior leadership roles, ensuring a diverse and high-caliber pool of candidates.
This role also involves brokering Group Leader executive search activities and senior-level hiring.
Senior Leadership Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership roles, ensuring smooth operations from defining role requirements with business leaders to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Diverse & Exclusive Talent Pipelining: Collaborate with the sourcing team to develop and maintain diverse leadership talent pipelines aligned with bp’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for hiring teams and facilitate effective communication between business leaders, recruiters, and sourcing specialists.
Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, ensuring bp is positioned as an employer of choice.
Collaboration with Sourcing Teams: Work closely with sourcing specialists to maintain a steady flow of candidates for senior leadership roles, applying their expertise to tap into diverse talent pools.
Market Intelligence & Talent Trends: Analyze leadership hiring trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to support the development of recruitment strategies.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Ensure diverse candidate representation in leadership recruitment, promoting fair and inclusive hiring practices.
Talent Strategy Consulting: Provide consultative insights to senior leaders on hiring standards, workforce planning, and talent pipelining.
Metrics & Reporting: Assist in reporting key recruitment metrics, such as candidate diversity, hiring timelines, and sourcing effectiveness, to drive continuous improvement.
University degree (preferably in a related field).
Proven experience in senior-level recruitment or executive search, especially for global organizations.
Experience collaborating with senior business leaders to define hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide advisory support.
Knowledge of executive recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment.
Experience building diverse candidate pipelines, with a solid understanding of the importance of DEI in talent acquisition.
Familiarity with talent market trends and executive talent dynamics, and the ability to adapt strategies based on evolving market conditions.
