As a Cloud Application Architect at AWS, you will work with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions tailored to meet their specific needs. You will be responsible for driving customer success, providing technical expertise, and leading the implementation process while ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Driving Innovation and Technical Excellence:
Lead the adoption of innovative solutions and best practices, promoting experimentation and continuous improvement.
Deliver scalable, high-quality systems in AWS Cloud environments.
Deliver Value:
Lead ProServe Cloud Native Engineering Engagements for AWS customers.
Design, implement, test, and deploy highly scalable distributed systems, adhering to Amazon’s software engineering principles.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
Work across teams and disciplines to deliver high-quality products and services.
Share knowledge regarding performance, scalability, architecture, and engineering patterns.
Pre-sales Support:
Develop and deliver presentations that highlight technical strategies and methodologies to customers.
Work with AWS sales leaders to scope, present, and win new customer engagements.
Cloud Architecture and Implementation:
Design and build scalable, secure AWS cloud-native architectures using AWS-managed services.
Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, optimizing performance and security.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in creating responsive & reactive UIs using Angular/React.
Expertise in one or more programming languages like Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
Experience in designing and optimizing AWS cloud-native architectures using AWS-managed services.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Architecture Expertise:
Experience with building distributed platforms leveraging various architecture patterns such as Event-Driven Architecture, Event Streaming, CQRS, Rate Levelling, etc.
Pre-sales Experience:
Prior experience in pre-sales activities, including developing technical presentations and solution designs.
Technical Expertise:
Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development), code generation frameworks, and AI-assisted development.
Certifications:
AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) are preferred.
