Role Overview:

As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant at Intecrowd India, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and re-engineering of highly complex application components. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, interact with product leads, and leverage your consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate technology into clients' business environments. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within India.

What is asked of you:

Participate in and/or lead specific Workday HCM projects.
Work independently with stakeholders and teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
Contribute to an open environment that encourages creativity and innovative problem-solving.
Stay relevant to emerging trends in areas related to Workday.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for discovery and design sessions.
Assist Integration teams in designing and building integrations of all types.
Design and develop complex HCM reports.
Provide a sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday.
Certifications in HCM Core are a must. Additional functional modules are desirable.
Write Functional Design/Specifications.
Conduct end-to-end testing of solutions.
Independently engage with third-party vendors, as needed.

What can get you here:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in Workday.
Certifications in (any or all) HCM Core, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, etc.
A team player with a great attitude towards consulting.
Strong communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
