We provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases, developing maintainable solutions for our clients.
As a Workday Functional Consultant at Intecrowd India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and re-engineering highly complex application components. Your role involves integrating software packages using various tools and leveraging consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate technology into clients' business environments. This is a remote position, and you will collaborate with teammates and product leads while performing the required responsibilities.
Participate in and/or lead specific Workday FIN projects.
Work independently with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
Collaborate in an open environment that encourages creativity.
Stay relevant to emerging trends in Workday and related areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for discovery and design sessions.
Help Integration teams design and build integrations of various types.
Design and develop complex FIN reports.
Provide a sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday.
Possess certifications in FIN Core (mandatory) and other functional modules (desirable).
Write Functional Design/Specifications.
Conduct end-to-end testing of the solution.
Engage independently with third-party vendors, as needed.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Workday.
Certifications in FIN Core and other FIN functional modules.
A team player with a great attitude towards consulting.
Demonstrated communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
