Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month
Schedule: Night Shift (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking a US Staffing Account Manager/Executive to join our team at ProAssert. This position focuses on business development and client acquisition for MSP (Managed Service Provider) accounts in the US Staffing industry.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of securing new MSP clients, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Business Development & Client Acquisition:

Identify and acquire new MSP accounts in the USA and Canada.
Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to build a client pipeline.
Manage key client relationships and foster long-term business growth.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with clients.

✅ Client Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for US-based staffing clients.
Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing management of client accounts.
Provide strategic insights to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

✅ Sales & Reporting:

Execute end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract closure.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

???? Experience:

5+ years of experience in US Staffing Account Management (Required).
Proven expertise in North American staffing and Tier 1 client acquisition (5 years minimum).
Strong understanding of the US staffing process and MSP programs.

???? Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client assignments.
Leadership and analytical thinking capabilities.
Social media proficiency (especially LinkedIn) for networking.
Negotiation and relationship management skills.

???? Technical Requirements:

Must have your own laptop.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
