???? Role Overview:

As an Accounting & Reporting Analyst – Payable, you will support accounts payable (AP) activities in line with ABB’s policies and strategies. This includes invoice processing, P2P operations, internal controls, and the preparation of financial reports. Your work will play a vital role in ABB’s Finance operations in Bangalore-Hebbal.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate financial tracking and processing.
Execute timely and accurate invoice processing, P2P operations, and financial reporting.
Perform analysis and reporting tasks and take necessary actions based on outcomes.
Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and financial reporting standards.
Participate in internal control testing and document relevant procedures and outcomes.
Validate invoices for fiscal and internal compliance.
Coordinate with stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and operational transparency.
Support organizational tasks, projects, or programs related to AP and Finance.

???? Qualifications & Skills Required:

Educational Background:
M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience in:
- SAP
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Invoice processing
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Proficient in SAP
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
