Job Summary

A3M Partners LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing monthly accounting services to various clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Key Responsibilities

Perform monthly accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes for clients.
Manage and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
Communicate with clients to gather financial information and provide updates on their accounts.
Assist in preparing tax returns and compliance reports as required.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all client financial data.
Collaborate with senior accountants and management to ensure smooth client operations.
Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
