Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including transaction recording and account reconciliation via QuickBooks.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain and organize financial data for analysis and reporting.
Support preparation of internal financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice and payment processing.
Ensure data accuracy through detailed entry and verification.
Recommend process improvements for financial efficiency.
Collaborate with other teams to support financial analysis and reporting.
Support audit preparation and documentation.
Stay informed on financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
CA Inter preferred.
Prior experience with QuickBooks is required.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic financial models).
Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial data.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced, remote work environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with financial management software and databases.
Experience in audit support or compliance processes.
Knowledge of GAAP principles is a plus.
