Key Responsibilities

Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expense, and payroll entries, invoices, and other transactions.
Create and maintain financial reports and data analysis.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of accounting principles and their impact on the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
Prepare and maintain work papers and engagement binders.
Reconcile client-provided data with output and ensure documentation accuracy.
Maintain timelines and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Provide training and guidance to team members on accounting updates and best practices.
Use accounting software like QuickBooks and CCH Engagement efficiently.
