Job Type: Full-time | Remote
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounts receivable and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. In this role, you will be responsible for processing accounts, incoming payments, verifying and classifying data, and generating reports—all while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Executive or Accountant.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
Proficiency in data entry and accounting software.
Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
