Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Agents with expertise in the US travel market. This role involves assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, train tickets, cruises, vacation packages, travel insurance, and more. Candidates must be adept at upselling, cross-selling, and providing end-to-end travel support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to US domestic and international travel.

  • Assist clients with new bookings for:

    • Flights

    • Hotels

    • Car rentals

    • Train tickets

    • Cruises

    • Vacation packages

  • Provide real-time support for:

    • Reservation modifications

    • Cancellations and rebooking

    • Refunds and emergency travel assistance

  • Upsell and cross-sell services such as:

    • Seat upgrades

    • Extra baggage

    • Lounge access

    • Travel insurance

  • Stay updated on:

    • US airline policies (AA, Delta, United, Southwest, etc.)

    • Ongoing hotel promotions and travel regulations

  • Manage GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and other booking systems.

  • Meet and exceed targets for:

    • Sales conversion rates

    • Customer service KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar travel sales role (preferred)

  • Proficiency in GDS platforms and travel systems

  • Strong knowledge of the US travel market and related airline policies

  • Excellent communication, upselling, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
