???? Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Commission Pay

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to assist customers in booking domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and strong knowledge of air ticketing.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

✔ Provide information about domestic & international destinations and holiday packages
✔ Assist clients in booking suitable holiday packages based on their preferences and budget
✔ Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through regular follow-ups

Ticketing & Booking Management

✔ Strong knowledge of domestic & international air ticketing
✔ Confirm bookings and assist guests with post-booking processes
✔ Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth bookings

Customer Support & Coordination

✔ Handle customer queries before and during tours
✔ Provide excellent after-sales support to guests
✔ Attend to online customer inquiries via website chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone

Negotiation & Vendor Management

✔ Negotiate best deals with travel vendors
✔ Work closely with the procurement team for finalizing bookings

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred)
✅ Experience: Previous experience in travel sales (Preferred)
✅ Skills Required:

  • Fluency in English (Required)
  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
    ✅ Shift Availability: Day Shift (Required)
    ✅ Willingness to Travel: 50% (Required)
    ✅ Work Location: In-person (Vadodara, Gujarat)
