Job description

Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

Company Location: Mohali, Punjab (Office-Based)
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent | Internship | Fresher
Contract Duration: 12 months (for internships)
Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements, providing tailored travel solutions.
Booking & Reservations: Manage the entire booking process, including reservations, issuing tickets, and handling changes or cancellations.
Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide accurate and current information.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary documentation for travel arrangements, including visas and travel insurance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Sales Skills: Proven experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Travel Knowledge: Familiarity with travel destinations, regulations, and booking systems.
Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
