We are looking for a Travel Consultant (TC) to assist clients in booking their desired holiday packages. The role involves handling both sales and operations for Fixed Departures/Group Packages primarily to Europe and other long-haul destinations. You will be responsible for quoting the best value options, making bookings for transport, accommodation, and activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Assist clients in booking their desired holiday packages, offering options for transport, accommodation, sightseeing, and other activities.
Handle sales and operations for Fixed Departure and Group Packages for Europe and other international destinations.
Respond to client queries, understand travel requirements, and offer customized travel packages.
Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and travel-related services.
Provide quotes, prepare itineraries, and ensure tour costing and hotel booking are handled accurately.
Handle post-sales operations, including invoicing, file management, and resolving customer escalations.
Assist clients with visa processing, flight ticketing, and other pre-trip formalities.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to generating revenue for the company.
Ensure smooth operation of the tours post-booking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Experience with sales of fixed departure packages to Europe is a big plus.
Knowledge of online booking systems (flights, hotels, etc.) preferred, but not mandatory.
Good understanding of major international travel destinations and world geography.
Graduates or post-graduates in Travel & Tourism are highly preferred.
Candidates from travel, airlines, or hospitality industries will be prioritized.
Graduation/Post Graduation in Travel & Tourism.
