???? Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (both individual and group bookings).
???? Conduct research and analysis on travel options, proactively anticipating client needs.
???? Book and manage domestic and international business travel, covering air, road, rail, and accommodations.
???? Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus (training provided).
???? Ensure compliance with client travel policies, service provider standards, and regulatory requirements.
???? Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, acting on special requests and needs.
???? Collaborate with your team, offering coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
???? Skills and Experience:
✔ Passion for delivering excellent client service, anticipating needs proactively.
✔ Native GDS expertise (Sabre preferred).
✔ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
✔ Attention to detail and integrity in handling client data.
✔ Knowledge of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure, or airline reservations.
✔ Ability to resolve customer issues independently or with suppliers.
✔ Open to feedback and a strong team player.
