Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of travel products, destinations, and booking processes, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for travelers.

Key Responsibilities

???? Client Consultation:

  • Conduct detailed discussions to understand clients' travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Offer recommendations based on travel style (luxury, budget, adventure, etc.).
  • Establish trust and build long-term relationships with clients.

✈ Travel Planning & Research:

  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, industry news, and special offers.
  • Use travel booking technology to compare and find the best deals.

???? Booking & Itinerary Management:

  • Book flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including schedules and reservations.
  • Ensure all necessary documents (tickets, visas, insurance) are arranged.

???? Customer Service:

  • Provide prompt support and assistance before and during travel.
  • Handle emergencies, cancellations, and last-minute changes efficiently.

???? Sales & Marketing:

  • Promote travel packages and special deals.
  • Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best rates.

???? Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).

???? Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry (preferred but not required).

???? Skills Required:
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills.
✔ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
✔ Proficiency in travel booking systems (GDS, online platforms).
✔ Ability to work both independently and in a team.
✔ Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
✔ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
