We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to assist clients with planning and booking customized travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of travel destinations, industry trends, and customer service to create seamless travel experiences.
Client Consultation
✔ Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
✔ Provide destination insights, accommodation options, and tour recommendations
✔ Offer personalized travel suggestions based on interests
Itinerary Planning
✔ Design and customize travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transport, and activities
✔ Ensure plans are well-organized, cost-effective, and meet client requirements
Booking & Reservations
✔ Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and tours
✔ Manage travel documentation (visas, insurance, tickets)
✔ Handle booking confirmations and necessary adjustments
Customer Support
✔ Provide pre-trip and post-trip support, assisting with changes or cancellations
✔ Address any travel-related issues promptly and professionally
Industry Knowledge & Trends
✔ Stay updated on travel industry trends, airlines, hotels, and regulations
✔ Maintain relationships with travel suppliers and vendors
Sales & Marketing
✔ Promote and sell travel packages, deals, and services
✔ Upsell additional services like travel insurance or guided tours
Administrative Duties
✔ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments
✔ Handle invoicing and ensure smooth payment processing
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
