How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?

As a Travel Planner, you will be responsible for preparing customized travel plans, handling client inquiries, and delivering personalized service. You will work with hotels, tour operators, and transport providers to deliver seamless travel experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare travel plans, itineraries, and personalized quotes by collaborating with hotels, tour operators, and cab providers.

  • Attend client inquiries and understand their travel preferences and budgets.

  • Create and share detailed itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and sightseeing quotes.

  • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

  • Maintain and update client information using CRM software.

  • Ensure clear and effective communication with clients in English.


Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in tour planning or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Experience using CRM software for documentation and follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successfully planning and managing travel itineraries.

  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and industry trends.
