???? About the Role

As a Presales Solution Consultant (HCM), you will play a critical role in the sales cycle by partnering with Account Executives to engage in discovery workshops, deliver impactful presentations, and demonstrate how Workday’s Enterprise applications can solve customer business problems and create value. Your expertise will be vital in influencing C-level executives and driving sales by providing credibility and industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

Engaging in opportunity support activities and formulating business requirements through discovery workshops.
Collaborating with the Sales Team to develop compelling value propositions and messaging.
Conducting product demonstrations to illustrate Workday’s value proposition.
Leading RFP/RFI responses and mapping customer initiatives to Workday solutions.
Building trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Researching and presenting the advantages of Workday solutions over legacy systems.
Continuously upgrading skills and knowledge through learning opportunities.

???? About You

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years in Presales, Services Consulting, or other technical roles.
3+ years of experience in HCM systems and/or processes.
3+ years of presales, solution consulting, or HRIS experience.
Strong understanding of HR Management areas such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, and more.
Knowledge of Workforce Planning, Time Tracking, Employee Engagement, and Experience is a plus.

Other Qualifications:

Dynamic and impactful presentation skills, especially to C-level HR leadership.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving organization like Workday.
Strong orientation towards articulating the value of AI-driven solutions.
Ability to lead solutioning efforts with team members and Workday partners to craft comprehensive solutions for legacy-ERP replacement.
Experience engaging with medium to large enterprises in India, particularly in industries such as FSI, Pharmaceuticals, eCommerce, Retail, and more.
