About the Role:

As a CyberArk Consultant for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) COE at Optiv, you will be a key player in managing and deploying Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies. This role requires you to work closely with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for CyberArk's Identity product suite, ensuring the highest quality of work, and supporting multiple projects. Experience with other PAM suites such as BeyondTrust or Delinea is an added advantage.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Overall Experience: 6+ years in CyberArk and related PAM technologies.
CyberArk Product Certification: CDE-PAM or CDE-CPC certification is mandatory.
Act as a product and domain expert in PAM, conducting environment assessments and health checks based on best practices.
Migration to CyberArk P-cloud experience is essential.
Expertise across CyberArk components such as Vaults, PVWA, PSM, CPM, etc.
Experience with EPM is desirable but not mandatory.
Confidently serve as a CyberArk Consultant, offering troubleshooting and deployment support.
Participate in capacity planning and HW specification recommendations.
Engage in connector configuration, custom rule development, and third-party system integration.
Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts.
Implement CyberArk processes and least privilege strategies.
Provide knowledge transfer and postproduction support.
Stay current on CyberArk and PAM industry trends and methodologies.
Mentor other CyberArk deployment engineers within the PAM COE.
Build and improve the CyberArk COE Knowledge Base.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
CDE certification on CyberArk (required).
7+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and configuring PAM solutions, or 6+ years in direct PAM consulting.
Proficient in CyberArk and related technologies, including system administration, scripting (JavaScript, Python), Rest API, LDAP directories, and Active Directory.
Deep-dive experience in CyberArk with the execution of at least 3-4 CyberArk projects.
Strong understanding of PAM architecture, deployment methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent at presenting information to various audiences, from engineering teams to executive management.

Preferred Qualifications:

CISSP certification is a plus.
Experience in third-party product integrations with CyberArk.
