As a Specialist - Integration Consulting, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support during interface implementations. You will analyze customer integration needs, offer Amadeus interfacing solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
Implementation Activities
✔ Analyze integration requirements and provide Amadeus interfacing solutions.
✔ Review & validate integration architecture for customers.
✔ Provide technical and functional support for interface solutions.
✔ Guide customers through integration and acceptance testing.
✔ Organize and support application certification.
Project Management
✔ Track progress and ensure successful implementation of eRetail XML, WBS, Digital API, and NDC.
✔ Organize and lead workshops (architecture, data mapping, etc.) with customers.
✔ Liaise with internal teams (ADP, DEV, PDef, PM, Pre-Sales) for smooth execution.
✔ Prioritize tasks to meet project milestones.
Knowledge Sharing & Documentation
✔ Document acquired knowledge for internal use and training.
✔ Conduct walkthrough sessions to share insights with the team.
Technical & Functional Expertise
✔ Strong service-oriented approach for customer interaction.
✔ Understanding of airline e-commerce, reservations, ticketing, inventory, and DCS domains.
✔ Knowledge of Amadeus Airline IT products and services.
✔ Proficiency in web services, WBS, XML, JSON, SOAP, and HTTP technologies.
Soft Skills
✔ Problem-solving & analytical skills – ability to compile and analyze data.
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work in a multicultural environment.
✔ Project & change management skills for tracking implementations.
