The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the travel industry with a proven track record in worldwide ticketing and customer service.
???? Handle international and domestic flight bookings, reservations, and ticketing using GDS (Galileo) efficiently and accurately.
???? Provide expert advice to clients on travel itineraries, fare options, and travel-related queries.
???? Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
???? Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and fare structures to offer competitive and cost-effective solutions.
???? Process cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings promptly and efficiently.
???? Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
???? Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information using internal systems.
???? Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
???? IATA Certification is preferable.
✔ Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
✔ Expertise in Ticketing & Reservations (International & Domestic)
✔ Proficiency in GDS Systems (Galileo, Amadeus)
✔ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
✔ Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) with attention to detail
